    Farm Fresh!

The Difference is in our name: Today's Harvest!

That's when we picked the corn and fresh vegetables we are selling you- Today! This morning, while you were perhaps still snuggled in your bed, we were in the fields picking today's harvest.

    What difference does it make?

The flavor of fresh, home grown sweet corn is amazing. Once the cobs are picked from the plants the sugar within them begins to turn to starch. That is why fresh sweet corn cooked and eaten soon after picking tastes so much better than grocery-bought corn.

We plant up to 8 times throughout the spring and summer, and each time, we plant several varieties to assure you a steady supply of tasty, tender, incrediblicious sweet corn.

As always, we are offering our "Corn Card" -- get one dozen ears of sweet corn FREE for every 10 dozen you buy. Click here to print a Corn Card to get you started.

We grow our vegetables to sell directly to you!

That means our corn is sweeter, and our tomatoes have a more tender skin and that good, old fashion rich tomato taste. Selling directly to you, we don't have to grow vegetables that "ship well", and are usually picked green.

Throughout the growing season, our available produce will vary in type and abundance. What can you look forward to? A partial list: tomatoes, peppers, onions, spinach, zucchini, cucumbers, beets, watermelons, muskmelons, squash, sweet potatoes, apples, peaches, pumpkins and much, much more!

So what do we do with yesterday's corn?

Day old corn is donated to local food banks, soup kitchens, and others who serve people in need of a little assistance. Remember, our day-old corn may well be two weeks fresher than what you used to buy at the supermarket before you discovered Today's Harvest!
